Gimme Bawdy provides refunds only for defective products purchased directly from our website. Gimme Bawdy has the sole and exclusive right to determine if a product is defective. If a product is deemed by Gimme Bawdy to be defective, Gimme Bawdy will refund the purchase price to the credit card on file. If the product was purchased with a gift card, Gimme Bawdy will issue a Gimme Bawdy gift card in the amount of the purchase price. Minor damage to packaging is not considered "defective."
How long do I have to request a refund?
You have fourteen (14) days from the date your product is delivered to request a refund. After that, Gimme Bawdy will not process a refund request.

How is my refund credited?
All refunds will be credited to the credit card you used to purchase the product. When returning a gift, you'll receive your refund on a Gimme Bawdy gift card.
Items Returned by Mail: If you ordered by credit card, we'll credit your account within 14 business days of our receipt of your return. This will show on your next statement, depending on the issuing bank and/or billing cycle. If you paid with a gift card, we'll send you a Gimme Bawdy Gift Card by U.S. Mail.
Shipping Charges: Unfortunately, we cannot refund shipping charges.
